What a week!…at The Masters of the Telecaster camp. Spending the week hanging and learning from some of my favorite guitar players…unreal experience!

Had Rick at @carminestreetguitars create a pick guard for the McSorleys guitar I bought from him a few months ago…really finishes it off nicely! Some playable folk art from NYC.

I usually don’t buy into the vintage pedal “thing”…but I will say this vintage pedal lives up to the hype.

Walk into a bar and these guys are playing…rare event, and to see them both on the same stage is even more rare. @matthewleeguitar and @matheuscanteri are some of the best players in Nashville.

Thank you Mike Campbell for bringing these 2 special guitars by the hotel for me to put my hands on! 🎸
This is the prototype Danny Gatton signature model 😍
Mike had some great stories about recording with Danny, and other artists…we could’ve sat and listened to him for hours.
Now, just need to find a way to have that guitar reside with us in Wilmington.

Another guitar with a great story…This one is #012 of the Danny Gatton signature models. He personally owned and modified this one….he also recorded some tracks on one of his last records “Relentless”. Danny gave #011 to his mother, this one he ended up giving to long time friend Phil Zavarella of Zavarellas Music in Arlington, VA. ….now, if I could only play it 1/10th of what he could.

Been wanting a guitar from @carminestreetguitars @cindyguitars for a while….especially the McSorleys guitars that are built out of a small limited batch of wood from the greatest pub on earth…so this week they had some shitty business stuff go down with some fraud…and wanted to help support them….luckily they just finished this piece…it just arrived, such a cool guitar with NYC history.
