Another amazing experience this week in Switzerland 🇨🇭, I had the privilege of traveling with an amazing group of dental hygienists who are deeply committed to elevating patient care and advancing our profession from North American Dental Group (NADG)

I am incredibly proud to be part of an organization that believes in developing its people and empowering hygienists to practice at the top of their license while delivering the highest standard of care.

A special thank you to vVARDIS and, of course, Dr.med.dent. Haley, Dr.med.dent. Goly Abivardi, DMDs , for opening your doors to us and providing outstanding continuing education. Your commitment to science, innovation, and professional development made this experience even more impactful for our team.

Investing in our hygienists means investing in our patients, our profession, and the future of dentistry.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep elevating our profession.

Another amazing RDH Under One Roof! It’s inspiring to see our profession continue to evolve and grow. One of my favorite highlights is seeing more male dental hygienists in attendance a great sign of the diversity and bright future of our profession.

Happy Mother’s Day to the two most special ladies in my life my beautiful wife and my amazing mother. ❤️

Today is all about celebrating the love, strength, care, and sacrifices you both give so freely every single day. I am beyond grateful for everything you do for our family and for the love you continue to pour into our lives.

To my wife, thank you for being such an incredible mother, partner, and best friend. Watching you love and care for our family is one of the greatest blessings in my life.

To my mother, Happy Mother’s Day. Even if you don’t remember us, please know that we will always remember you, love you, and carry your love in our hearts forever. Thank you for your unconditional love, guidance, and for shaping me into the person I am today. Your love and support will always be part of who I am.

I love you both more than words can express. Wishing you both a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with love, peace, and all the appreciation you deserve. 🌷❤️ Angie Maria Leger-rondon

What an incredible opportunity it is to work for North American Dental Group, an organization that truly invests in the development and growth of its teams.

This week in Switzerland 🇨🇭, I had the privilege of traveling with an amazing group of dental hygienists who are deeply committed to elevating patient care and advancing our profession. Together with Paul Reda CEO, Tim Schaetzel COO, and myself, we had the honor of supporting and investing in the continued development of our hygiene teams.

Being able to bring this talented group together for education, collaboration, and leadership development was truly inspiring.

Programs like this are not just about travel they are about empowerment, learning, and growth. When we invest in our hygienists, we strengthen the entire clinical team and ultimately improve the care we provide to our patients.

A special thank you to vVARDIS for opening your doors to us and providing outstanding continuing education. Your commitment to science, innovation, and professional development made this experience even more impactful for our team.

I am incredibly proud to be part of an organization that believes in developing its people and supporting hygienists to practice at the top of their license while delivering the highest standard of care.

Grateful for this experience and for the passion and dedication of every hygienist who joined us on this journey. 🙏🦷✨
