Rachel sat down with Brianna Crane of @ScoopCharlotte for its latest Founder Diaries to talk about building RSC her way, how PR has changed over the years, working with her husband (hi, Patrick 👋), influencer hype and what really happens behind the scenes when a story starts buzzing. After 16 years in PR, she’s still just as curious about Charlotte, its people and their stories as ever.

Thank you, Brianna and @ScoopCharlotte, for the feature! #RSCPR by @rscommunications

It’s here! Charlotte’s newest rooftop steakhouse Guard and Grace is officially open.

High above South End with skyline views of the stadium and the city, @guardandgracecharlotte makes its long awaited debut in the Queen City.

Located on the 10th floor of the Vivian at Queensbridge Collective, the restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 4 to 10pm. Expect plenty of fresh seafood, signature steaks and elevated dishes.

📝 @rscommunications

We take a look back at all the amazing collaborations the @guardandgracecharlotte team has done leading up to opening day.

Two kitchens, one incredible evening at @chapter6clt. This three-course menu was designed by both culinary teams with featured cocktails from each bar program.

The date night is basically planned, it’s just missing one minor detail, but what’s new 😋

@bwaygatsby is coming to Charlotte Oct. 13–18! 🎭

Thank you @blumenthalarts & @rscommunications for such a fun night getting us ready for the Musical + @thriftponyclt for helping me find the perfect outfit! (If you need an outfit definitely go check them out🤩)

Who am I giving my +1 ticket to? Plus dinner @204north 🤩Probably not a man, let’s be honest, but somehow I’m holding out hope I’ll run into the man of my dreams so it can be😋

Tag your +1 or your girls and make a night out of it like I’ll be doing 🤩

Want the link? Be sure to follow me so I can send it @sunitagabrielle and comment “GATSBY” below and I’ll send the link right over to grab tickets before they sell out!

We love a great collab! Our client @guardandgracecharlotte recently teamed up with @chapter6clt for a special dinner that brought both culinary teams together for an incredible evening.

With Guard and Grace getting closer to opening its Charlotte doors, guests got a little taste of what’s ahead. We’re excited to be along for the ride and even more excited for Charlotte to experience what’s coming. #RSCPR

The RSC team helped @katsushirtp make its debut at @boxyardrtp in Durham recently.

The newest concept from restaurateur Anthony Rapillo and Top Chef alum Katsuji Tanabe brings made-to-order hand rolls, rice bowls, cocktails and bold Japanese inspired flavors to the Triangle.

From introducing the concept to local media and creators to building buzz around opening day, our PR efforts resulted in an estimated 17M total impressions to help put this delicious new restaurant on the Triangle’s radar.

Back to school, but make it RSC. 🎒✏️📚

Before we were pitching stories, prepping clients and planning for every possible scenario, we were just kiddos with fresh school pictures, big personalities and apparently very clear signs of who we’d become.

Wishing all of the kiddos going back to school a safe, fun and memorable school year! by @rscommunications
