This is my 75 Hard Journey!

For the past Seventy Five days I have pushed myself to new limits trying to become the best version I can be! This was very challenging however very rewarding! You get out what you put in.

I have never been someone who struggled with their weight however 2023 was one of the hardest years I have ever had. As much as I wouldn’t like to admit it, I became depressed. This is foreign to me and honestly I didn’t know what was going on. Having to physically get myself out of bed to start my day. Second guessing if I wanted to workout today or not. I lost the motivation and drive I always had to push myself to become better. I was content with not doing anything.

For the ones who may not know, April 2023 I had a near death experience which led to the next 6 months me feeling like I had no control over what I wanted to do. Things very quickly became out of my reach. Not being able to do the things that I wanted to that were before normal and everyday. I lost myself.

On March 12 2024, I decided to make that change and get back to who I was and regain that drive and motivation to become the best I can be. This experience had changed me for the better and I have made strides I didn’t think were possible mentally and physically!

I hope yall enjoyed being part of the journey with me!

This is by far one of my most favorite videos I’ve made! No, it’s not my usual gym/workout edit, nor was it my most thought out edit but it is without a doubt the most memorable one I’ve made!!

2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 tsp salt & pepper (or to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup half n half
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
