**R.Spec Tuning is hiring a part-time mechanic**

We're looking for someone experienced working on import and domestic vehicles who can confidently handle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and aftermarket part installations with minimal supervision. Applicants must have their own tools and be comfortable working independently.

This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time as workload increases. Pay will grow with the position, and additional compensation is available for technicians who bring their own clientele.
