Is your suspension setup properly? 😏My suspension is now dialled! 🚴‍♀️⛰️🙌I’ve always left it to my hubby to sort my suspension setup and, to be fair, he’s done a cracking job. He’s got it pretty close just by knowing bikes and how I ride. 👏😘But spending the day with Rich at RSR Bikeworks and using Motion Instruments sensors takes all the guesswork out of it. Instead of making changes based on feel alone, you can actually see exactly what the fork and shock are doing while you’re riding. Every little tweak is backed up by data, so there’s a reason behind every adjustment.Massive thanks to Rich for all the time, knowledge and patience throughout the day. And an even bigger shout out to my hubby for getting me this far. ❤️ He was definitely on the right track, but having the data to back everything up takes the setup to another level. Without it, I don’t think you can ever be 100% sure you’ve truly nailed your suspension.Now I just need to get out there and ride it! 🤘#telemetry #mtbsuspension #mtbgirl #bikesetup #mountainbike by @rsrbikeworks

$I’ve always struggled to get my suspension feeling just right, so spending a day with a Rich @rsrbikeworks using telemetry to dial it in properly was a no brainer 🤗Telemetry uses sensors fitted to your bike to record exactly what your suspension is doing while you ride. We smashed out 11 runs of Ski Run at Forest of Dean, and after each run Rich checks the data and makes changes till it’s perfect. Its a great deal for two people, it’s just a fraction of the cost of buying a bike! A record 8 bikes setup in 1 week.Three enduro bikes, four Ebikes and one DH bike.All setup to get the most out of the suspension for each individual rider……..grip, consistency, predictability and balance.I’m away on World Cup duties for a couple of weeks, but then back in the UK for four weeks, so take advantage of my availability before it gets booked up. by @rsrbikeworks

Telementary wizardry from @rsrbikeworks watching a progressional do their thing is like watching poetry in motion!
