As this year comes to a close, I feel deeply grateful. Grateful for every sacrifice, every sleepless night, every good day and bad day that shaped this journey. A journey words can’t fully explain, yet one that makes me feel alive and pushes me to grow, evolve
and adapt to a constantly changing market—without ever forgetting where it all began.

But more than anything, I’m grateful for this table full of so many wonderful Talents and Workers.

Two years ago, this company started with just a few of us. Today, we are more than 35—and still growing. Proof that dreams, when shared, can take you further than you ever imagined.

So I’m ending this year exactly where I want to be—surrounded by the People and Partners as my @elisacastellari and her beautiful reality @clubsogno , @thehundred.it @vincmac that invested in this “dream” and made this possible since the beginning, and @maisonkeri , that worked so hard over the night to make our vision reality, who make every challenge, every effort, and every success truly meaningful.

In the end, a company lives only in its People, and for its people’s Heart, Mind and Stories. @roletalent ❤️
