Always reminded that true happiness comes from who we spend our time with. This trip was full of laughs, long meals, getting lost, beautiful sights while surrounded with family and friends. The connections we made while celebrating Julia and Trevor will last a lifetime🤍 Italy is a beautiful place but being there with the people we love is what made it unforgettable 🇮🇹❤️ taken in Siena, Toscana, Italy by @rtrafton2

Excited to share that I just passed my first Integrative Nutrition exam! I’ve wanted to study inside-out wellness for years and it’s finally coming together. Learning everything I can about how nutrition, lifestyle and balance all come together to live your best life. More to learn and more tests to pass but I’m on my way! My family says I am so bossy on these subjects that it was time for me to get a little education to back it up🫢 by @rtrafton2
