YOUR USB DOESN’T LOAD. YOU’RE ON IN 5 MINUTES. NOW WHAT? 👀

For our next R-Trybe Talk, we’re joined by Antonio Afonso from @SaveMyGig for a practical session on DJ Booth Intelligence: how to prepare properly, prevent avoidable problems and stay in control when something goes wrong.

We’ll get into USBs and backups, equipment compatibility, firmware, unfamiliar booth setups, emergency protocols and troubleshooting under pressure.

Because you can’t prevent everything. But you can be prepared enough to stop a small problem from becoming a disaster.

And as always, we’ll finish with an open Q&A, so bring your questions and your DJ booth horror stories. 😅

📅 Monday 28 September

🕖 7PM UK / 8PM CEST

📍 Live inside R-Trybe

The support is already rolling in for Emphasize! ❤️‍🔥

A huge thank you to everyone supporting the release so far, and to Beatport for the features, charts and playlisting.

Emphasize marks the first BAKKIS single release, backed by a killer remix from good friend Dennis De Laat.

A great start for the release, keep the support coming! 👊😎👌

BAKKIS - Emphasize (inc. Dennis de Laat Remix)
Out this Friday, August 14 on R-Trybe Records.

Really excited to finally get this one out there. Emphasize is one of those tracks that came together around a simple idea that I couldn’t get out of my head. I wanted to keep that hypnotic feeling running throughout, while building something melodic, slightly mysterious and still made for the dancefloor. Really happy with where it ended up.

Backed with a Dennis de Laat remix, which takes the original into heavier peak-time territory while keeping the core feeling of the track intact.

R-Trybe wouldn’t be what it is without you. Your energy, knowledge, honesty and genuine passion for helping other producers grow is a huge part of what makes this community special.

But more importantly, beyond the music and everything we’re building together, you’re just an absolute legend and someone we’re lucky to call a friend.

Here’s to another year of music, questionable decisions, big ideas and good times 👊😎

Happy birthday brother 🖤🎂 by @rtrybeofc
