Married on March 19th 💕🏕✨️ Grateful to everyone who loved us into this moment. Thank you, Nicholas for capturing the moment (that nose CRINKLE!) and to you & Monique for being with us to honor this day. @nicholasxbent My love, we're married!!! by @rtsheedz
Our sitcom story continues! With Emily moving away (to New York to cover a story on arson, of course), Glenna, Brandon, Rob and Ryan are left to cope with their adjusted lives in Toronto, traversing new storylines adjusted by your suggestions!! This month's episode features two fun adds to our cast - a recurring character played by @santa7298 and our wonderful guest star @bitabitabita , who will open with some stand-up, just like an episode of Seinfeld! Tune in on Thursday October 22nd at 9:30pm (by not turning on your TV and instead coming to comedy bar🫶) by @rtsheedz
Catch Ryan Sheedy at Spotlight THIS weekend! 🤩🤯🤗 Ryan Sheedy is a film, stage and voice actor who has appeared in shows like Murdoch Mysteries, and festivals such as Improvaganza, Toronto and Montreal Sketchfest, and Fringe Festivals across Canada. Last year’s winner of the Worlds Biggest Improv Tournament, Ryan has had the pleasure of teaching improv all over Canada, and has spent recent years shining a light on mental health through sketch comedy via his recent show STILL OBSESSED. Still Obsessed is a chaotic, heartfelt solo sketch show packed with original characters, unhinged songs, audience chaos and far too many thoughts. Like Bo Burnham, but more mentally ill. Ryan dives into the weird, funny and sometimes dark world of obsession, pop culture, intrusive thoughts and mental health. Hi, OCD. 👋 by @rtsheedz

STILL OBSESSED - MARCH 11 - 9PM THEATRE CENTER INCUBATOR SPACE Exactly one month today I will be performing in STILL OBSESSED, a follow up to my last solo Sketchfest show. It’s a chaotic, heartfelt sketch show packed with original characters, unhinged songs, audience chaos, and way too many thoughts. Like Bo Burnham but more mentally ill, this solo show dives into the weird, funny, and sometimes dark world of obsession- pop culture, intrusive thoughts, and mental health (hi OCD!).
