Why shame needs to be addressed straight on… hear wisdom from Dr.Frank Spinelli @fspinellimd My most recent podcast guest. He shared about shame, his traumatic history, wearing a wire to catch the assailant, what life has been like for him as a gay man, and so much more about intimacy, breaking the suppression and oppression of shame, and what we can do about busting those chains that strap us down in bad ways. Watch this on podcast apps and YouTube Ruan Willow Podcaster. Plus he’s also a fiction author in addition to writing nonfiction The Shame Compass by @ruanwillow
