In my opinion, it’s the potential to take people through a journey.

People live the experience in their minds even before they actually buy it!

That is the power of words/content.

This happens through your words. The content allows them to think, visualize and experience the journey you want them to take.

Now, go back and check if your content makes them think/visualize/experience your service or product.

Before that, tell me in the comments if this content piece made you think.

If Yes, I made a good point.

If No, I need to get better at expressing my points.

Any other words = You know the value of commenting and building relationships.

There is no definitive answer regarding whether long or short captions are better on Instagram. It really depends on what you are trying to achieve with your posts.

Chatbots are more than FAQs. I love strategizing for different marketing use-cases using chatbot marketing.

- I help run giveaways with a chatbot to do more than just giveaways
- I build 5-Day challenges on Facebook Messenger with chatbot automation
- I build fun quizzes to engage users as well as generate leads
- I build automated sequence messages like email automation to nurture them to sale

Who said Chatbots are about FAQs only?

Every marketer should be a problem solver.

Not only does being a problem-solver give you the opportunity to test your skills in a new environment, but it also allows you to use your creativity and imagination to think of new ideas.

To be a problem-solver, you need to be able to think outside the box.

To do this means you will have to be able to empathize with your customer’s needs and always keep the customer’s interests in mind.

Anybody can build rule-based chatbots. You can build them using tools like chatrace.

Chatbots are for every step of the marketing funnel

Messenger chatbot X Facebook advertising = kickass combination—You can have a 1:1 conversation with the prospects.

Not using chatbots for your business yet? You might be missing out on big opportunities.

I build messenger chatbots on one of the existing rule-based chatbot tools, and trust me when I say it is one of the best marketing platforms existing right now in this digital world.

If you want to know more, let's connect one-on-one. DM me.

Oh, btw tell me if you’re enjoying this Myth Vs. Truth series on Chatbots. I’d love to know.

Here’s why you should be on multiple platforms:

1. Your audience is on multiple channels, and so should you!
2. Giving them more opportunities to connect with you
3. Each platform is unique in its own way of creating experiences
4. You can optimize each platform for a different sub-goal accordingly
5. Different audience segments might be comfortable with different platforms
6. The audience at different levels in their journey with you might prefer a different platform to connect with you

Comment below any more reasons you want to add.

P.S- Don't be everywhere just for the sake of being everywhere but analyze, set goals, plan, execute, measure, and prosper.

You must be thinking, is that even possible? I say it is.

Having a 1:1 conversation with the audience in the nurturing/awareness stage is so freaking important.

That’s a sweet spot for businesses to provide more value, understand their requirements much better and nurture toward the sale.

What if you could automate and amplify the one-on-one conversations at scale?

This is possible through chatbots.

If you are considering using chatbots for your marketing activities and want to discuss the possibilities, strategies, and analytics along with demos. I am just a message away.

The human brain is logical. Even under stress, it searches for logical reasoning
to act on anything.

To make your FOMO Marketing work, your product must be convincing.

All these marketing tactics are only to bring attention and play with the emotions in the human brain.

Here’s an example:

A limited-time offer can create urgency and FOMO, but people don't buy just because you create a FOMO. They buy because of your product and have found value in your offer.

FOMO or urgency marketing is about attracting attention to your offer.

"Sale closes in 24 hours" or "Sale only till the stock lasts" will give you eyeballs and curiosity to know more, but your product and offers make the sale.

So, work on your product and pricing first. These marketing techniques can wait.

Don't feel the pressure (FOMO) to do marketing or launch an offer just because your competitors have one.

This reasoning applies to giveaways and influencer marketing as well.

What do you think? Let me know in the comments below!

I prefer to build bots that allow the end-user to talk to the real agent from the automated messages.

The bot can talk, and the human behind it can act whenever needed. Later, the system can be automated. It’s there just to make things easier for us.

Benefits:

- You can provide one on one conversations at scale.
- It is not just for customer service but also the lead generation and sales.

Want to experience a demo? DM me “KWDemo” and you will have a chatbot talking to you.

Reading, learning, evolving and keeping up with the ever-growing digital marketing
the industry is the number one concern for every digital marketer on the earth.

And where do we go to find all our answers?

Google!

Google is the first best, and worst place to learn.

Best- because it has all the answers.
Worst- those answers are hidden, and you will easily get lost in the ocean of
content and you will never be able to come out.

But there’s a way out to swim right-

The trick lies in searching again with better keywords and tactically filtering out the
crap to get to your desired content pieces.

Patience, persistence, and tactics- are all it takes to learn better.

What are your thoughts about Google? Tell me in the comments, I’d love to know.
