Progress is messy but when you trust the process you get results. This is what it really looks like behind the scenes: missed reps, frustration, doubt… and still showing up. We worked through different drills, changed the stimulus, adjusted the approach, and stayed consistent with the reps. Not always sleeping well, Nutrition isn’t perfect, Some days anxiety hits hard and the timing is off. And then… it clicks. This is why I believe in working with my athletes — not just giving them workouts, but guiding them through the ups, the setbacks, and everything in between. Consistency + smart training + support = results. If you’re stuck on a movement or feel like you’re not progressing, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Here at @mih.training we built to meet you where you are and get you where you want to be. Comment (muscle up) for more information. Let’s get to work. 💪 by @rubstter
