Rest in Peace my sweet Ruby 🌈💔
March 12, 2019 ~ October 24, 2026✨ Ruby Lu Clementine we will love you forever and speak your name often. ♾️✨

Ruby passed peacefully this morning with her family by her side, including her little sister, Rosie. Before she left, Ruby enjoyed one last epic breakfast of steak, sausages, salmon, broccoli, blueberries and yogurt! She loved it all!!

We are absolutely gutted and feel like cancer cheated us of many more years together like it has so many of our friends. There is comfort in thinking that Ruby is reunited with her beloved BFF Belsy 🧡🌈🧡

Ruby Doo we will miss your crazy labby antics, your enthusiasm for all things food, your spirited and opinionated ways, your deep love of fetch, your devotion to your people, and all of your sweet sweet snuggles.
Thank You for being our sweet Ruby girl. Rest easy now.

Ruby’s Last Hike ☀️ We had a beautiful family hike with Ruby today. Ruby & Rosie enjoyed an epic sniffari & they loved walking in the crunchy leaves! 🍁🍃🍂
Today was Ruby’s last hike. We will be saying farewell to our girl tomorrow morning. 🥹💔 The cancer in Ruby’s mouth started to grow last week & it doubled in size from Tuesday to Wednesday this week. It’s very aggressive with no cure and we can’t let our girl get to the point of pain & bleeding which is only a short matter of time.
Ruby had 2 cheeseburgers when we got home - she ate Rosie’s & nearly took off my fingers. She did share some fries with Rosie (see video in Stories)
We will be snuggling together all night. And there will definitely be more yummy food and treats!

Thank You everyone for asking how Rosie is doing without Ruby❣️ Rosie is doing good - she knows Ruby is gone since she was with her here when she passed and was able to sniff her and even lay down beside her. ❤️ Rosie has been enjoying all of the attention and I don’t think she misses having to compete for everything. She is living in the moment the way dogs do. ❤️
P.S. Happy Howl-o-Ween❣️👻🎃

(Not to be confused with World Chocolate Day or International Chocolate Day!) Really every day should be a chocolate day! Do you agree?

Rosie wishes everyone a Happy Tuesday❣️For everyone who has been asking ~ Rosie is doing great. She was with us when Ruby passed so she knows her sister is gone & hasn’t been looking for her. We are all getting used to a quieter house - Ruby had a big personality, was boisterous & very vocal so the vibe has changed dramatically! Ruby is deeply missed while we navigate the new rhythm to life without her 🥹❤️ Rosie seems to be adjusting well - enjoying lots of snuggles, sniffari walks, car rides & shopping trips to the pet stores.
Thank You once again to this amazing & supportive animal community here on IG❣️🫶🐾

Rosie and I would like to thank everyone for all of your kind comments, condolences, supportive messages and beautiful tributes for our sweet angel Ruby ❤️🌈✨🐾

We appreciate every single person who has taken the time to honour our girl. Please know I have read all of the comments and messages, though for some reason IG is not letting me answer each one. Everyone’s support is so appreciated and uplifting. ✨🧡✨

Many have asked how Rosie is doing. The house is so quiet I think even Rosie notices. Overall I think she is doing okay. We have enjoyed many snuggles and lots of walks today. I know we will help each other get through the enormous loss of our dear Ruby.

Thank You lovely IG community❣️

Four long years waiting on that golden shore,
Wondering when she’d hear those paws once more.

Then January brought her brother to the sun.
To whisper softly that their work was almost done.

And yesterday, the missing piece took flight—
Ruby slipped away and stepped into the light.

No more quiet rooms or feeling far apart,
No more distance aching at the heart.

Belsy ran to meet her, wings lifted high.
Her favourite soul under an endless sky.

With Kaiser by their side, the pack is whole again.
Safe beyond the sorrow, untouched by any pain.

Rest sweet, sweet Ruby. You’re back with your best friends now. 🌈✨🐾
