At the very edge of Neve Tzedek, verging on HaMesila Park, this unique building was conceived as a quiet proposition for urban living. We opted for restraint and order, preferring nuanced detailing and repetition. Developer: @prashko.group

The Daniel Jusidman Conference Center, Reichman University.
Completed in 2024, the design incorporates a 500 seat auditorium anchored within a circular plan, enabling the main hall’s periphery to function as an inviting common space for students throughout the day. To further emphasize the building’s position within the campus, it is encircled by a column stoa, encouraging and inviting passersby.
Design: Ami Szmelcman, Adi Menashepur, Omer Frank.
