I do the job. I show up for everyone who needs me. I’m a mother and show up for my girl! And I still come here.
This hour doesn’t exist. I make it exist.
That’s not motivation. That’s a choice and you never regret a workout after it’s done 🙌🏽🙌🏽

HYROX Sydney 2026 🤍
What a day.
Having my little girl there cheering me on was the biggest highlight. Watching her watch me made every hard moment worth it.
The goal was never just to be perfect or chase a sub-60. The real goal was to become someone who doesn’t quit to keep moving when it gets hard, and to show my daughter what’s possible when you keep pushing through.
She may not remember every race, but I hope she’ll always remember that her mum showed up, stayed resilient, and finished.
Bring on next year. 🫶🏽 by @rubybattesormond

Mums are the baddest of them all.

Waking up before your kids wake up even if that means a 420am alarm most days. We make it work.
