Bridget & Charlie, Part 2 ✨

After having the honor of capturing eight emotional speeches throughout their wedding weekend, we heard firsthand just how deeply beloved Bridget & Charlie are. Their bridal party, family, and friends lifted them up and celebrated them in a way that everyone present could truly feel. What a perfect way to express the deep thoughtfulness and warmth they both embody. 🫶🏼

One of our absolute favorite memories from 9.12.26 was the pure shock and delight when a vintage red Cadillac arrived during wedding party portraits. With the help of their fabulous planner, Carrie, Charlie arranged this surprise for Bridget—and her reaction was absolutely priceless!

Following their ceremony, guests enjoyed a perfectly sun-drenched cocktail hour on the beautiful waterfront lawn at the Beach Club. Signature cocktails and appetizers were shared, and we could have spent the rest of the evening right there capturing candids and group portraits! Afterward, everyone stepped into the tent for a garden-inspired celebration with stunning florals by Buds N Bloom. Beautiful greens and whites, patterned linens, and personalized thank you notes to every single guest were just a few of the thoughtful touches that made their reception unforgettable. 💕

Three days have passed since their wedding, and we are still smiling so big thinking about the magic we shared. Thank you, Bridget & Charlie, for inviting us into your unforgettable celebration!!!

Cheers to the new Mr & Mrs Hallett! 🥂

A dewy, magical dream 🦢🎞️🤍 Alex + Kamara’s wedding day.

Instead of a threat of rain, Kamara and Alex viewed it as a promise. A promise that the day would be dreamy, whimsical, and one of a kind.

And my goodness it was. It made cozy, dry places a gathering spot for all of their loved ones. And the spaces that were rainy, a place of escape.

Kamara and Alex, thank you for the privilege of shooting your wedding day. It was more magical than I could’ve ever dreamed.

What a perfect start to such a magical marriage for the sweetest couple.

All my love you too,
joy

P.s. Follow @itsjoyvassar because there is more to come from this magical day. 😘

THE DAY BEFORE 💚

Behind the scenes of the 24 hrs leading up to Natalie & Conner’s wedding.

Watching empty spaces transform alongside an incredible vendor team is a reminder that the most beautiful celebrations are never created by just one person - they’re built together. It’s one of my favorite parts of the process. taken in Door County, WI by @rubydesignevents

From perfectly placed to perfectly celebrated.

Every candle lit. Every seat filled. Every conversation exactly where it was meant to happen. That’s when the design becomes an experience.

What a dream yesterday was! 😍

Watching this vision come to fruition was absolutely beautiful! This is just a glimpse at the vision we were able to create and we couldn’t have done it without an amazing team of vendors.

This all started when Yernie and I met up at Asian Fusion and we decided we wanted to get our creative juices flowing and capture something that we dreamt of! We had two style boards that mended so well together. Seriously couldn’t have done it without her!

Each and every person poured their creativity into this shoot and it was even better than imagined! If you are looking for the dream team for your wedding then this is it!
