I have been drinking nothing but springwater this entire summer, and I highly encourage every human reading this to seek out your local spring! It is so nourishing and delicious, and makes me feel fully hydrated. I find when I drink spring water my thoughts are clear, and my energy centers more pristine and pure. Water is life! We are literally 70% water so duhhhh the water you put in your body will greatly affect how you feel!

Using a piece by @jaihacklart at burning man as inspiration for an interpretive dance such as fun mode of exploration with dance to imitate the physical structures around you. I do this with mountains, rivers, birds, skyscrapers, sidewalks and everything in between by @rubyinlovee

I stood from the boat and felt the electric magnetic field of my heart connects into these whales. The same whales have been coming to this exact spot for the past 20 years I wondered as our boat stood next to five other whale, watching boats why these whales would choose to come somewhere Where there are people when there’s so many places in Alaska that are completely wild and untouched by humans. But I realize that they actually want to be seen by us. They are exhibitionists. They want to share their codes taken in Icy Strait Point, Hoonah, Alaska by @rubyinlovee

Memories from a cruise in Alaska with the family this summer. Such a raw, ancient and wild land. As I layed facedown, belly down on the mossy forest fooor I decided for my solar return in 2032 I am going to spend a year of isolation in these lands…. Experiencing the scope of full days of light and full 24 hour nights of darkness…. Fully disconnected from society and technology. I want to learn to telepathically speak to the plants taken in Alaska by @rubyinlovee
