I hate these shiny chrome ceiling fans in our new apartment. Polar opposite to my style. 😒 Oh well, no matter. I’m grateful and praising God for His love and unmerited favor in providing us with shelter, safety, and health. 🙏🏼💜 I’m especially grateful that my husband got a new job he’s excited about with a really great company. 👏🏼🥳 (A definite leap up from his last situation. Share this and other links to encourage others to start caring about putting an end to this shockingly overlooked, over-tolerated worldwide criminal enterprise. Three things to remember… 1 – "Worldwide criminal enterprise" includes your own neighborhood. Think about that. I'm not saying to become paranoid but do open your eyes and see what's happening next door, down the street, in your kid's school. 2 – Trafficking doesn't only refer to children and women being kidnapped, sold, and chained up in dirty rooms. It includes prostitution and high-class call girls (which our society treats with a wink and shrug, for some unfathomable reason). Yeah, even legalized prostitution in Nevada USA, and 95 (!) other countries, is a huge part of the problem. The vast majority of prostitutes are trapped by brainwashing and drug addiction. **NOTE** If you believe legalized prostitution with its free STD tests, basic health care, and room & board is no big deal, then YOU are perpetuating this problem. I'm calling you out on that here and now. 3 – I could talk about the importance of raising males to respect females but we all know it's so much more than just boys being boys. Females need to learn these boundaries too. ALL humans are obligated to recognize and respect the basic, intrinsic rights of other humans. It is vital that all children are raised to grasp and own the concept that it is fundamentally immoral to treat another human like an object in any way. Then when they grow up, they may avoid patronizing the sex & labor slavery industry. Reduced demand should result in reduced staff. That’s how the retail world works, right? Same same.
