What an opening weekend. 🌱❤️
Audiences are absolutely OBSESSED with LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS - and we have been completely blown away by the response.
After a nearly sold-out Friday, a SOLD-OUT Saturday, and very limited seats remaining for the rest of our run, we’ve decided to do something we hadn’t planned…

✨ WE’RE ADDING A PERFORMANCE! ✨
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

If you’ve been waiting to see the show, this is your chance. Our remaining performances genuinely have very limited availability, and we want as many of you as possible to experience this incredible cast, our larger-than-life Audrey II, and Little Shop under the stars in Altadena.

We only have ONE WEEK LEFT.

Come see what everyone is talking about. 🪴

🎟️ Wednesday tickets are ON SALE NOW!

After the devastating LA wildfires destroyed the longtime home of @altadenamusictheatre and thousands of homes and structures across the community, this beloved local theater company is finally making its comeback with productions of Grease and Little Shop of Horrors… but Rydell High has popped up somewhere you might not expect: the historic Mountain View Mausoleum in Altadena! @mtn__view

This extraordinary 1920s landmark was designed by architect Cecil E. Bryan, a former apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright who considered the building his masterpiece.

Inside, you’ll find more than 60 varieties of Italian marble, monumental murals, and incredible stained glass created by LA’s legendary Judson Studios. Today, Mountain View is also raising funds to preserve and restore that historic glasswork.

Now, its lawn has been transformed into Rydell High School for an outdoor production of Grease under the stars.

It’s joyful, packed with incredible local talent, and most importantly, an opportunity to support live theater and a community still rebuilding after one of the most devastating disasters in Los Angeles history.

📍 Come catch Grease before its FINAL show this Sunday, August 16!

📍 Little Shop of Horrors opens September 3 and runs through September 13.

Come support the arts, support your neighbors, and help make sure the show goes on in Altadena. ❤️🎭
