@darkhorsebike 2026! (As much of it as I could fit into a post anyway)

As captured by assorted wannabes and actual photographers - the really nice ones are @takayasage and @nataliecarriere

Thank you so much again to everyone who helped me make the most of this opportunity, especially @casey__brown__ and @sophieluther, I've had the most incredible time and learned so much alongside so many awesome girls ❤️ by @rubysmithmtb

Merchy merch merch! Come get your merch! We’re fizzing to announce our new merch is live for online orders – a limited run in two colourways: green & pink and natural & orange. Not only do they look epic, every purchase helps us build new trails and keep the ones you love in top shape.

They’re also a 10/10 Christmas present idea for the riders in your life, especially when paired with a Bike Wānaka membership (and we’re only a tiny bit bias). It’s a win-win: tick off some Christmas shopping and help out the bike club at the same time.

We’re working on a smoother ordering system for the website but for now we’ve put together a handy Google Form to keep track of orders and stock. Hit the link in our bio to order yours today.

And on a final note, we're really lucky to have such talanted club members. Thanks to Sam from @vacationstudio for the illustration and Oscar from @creativewave.nz for the edit. And of course @rubysmithmtb and @finnw_mtb for featuring. You're a bunch of legends.

Running low on bike content lately so here’s a formal post (to prove that I sometimes very occasionally do other things 😱) by @rubysmithmtb
