Hey Cousin, did you know we have a full pastry team in house? 👀

Chef Padua Player and his crew make the desserts you love from scratch every day. You’ve probably seen him on @foodnetwork , @cookingchannel , @wetv and right here at home on @fox5dc 👨🏽‍🍳🤌🏽 But we get the joy of watching him lead our pastry team every day, creating for Ruby’s, our Catering Department, and the secret supper @friedchicknandchampagne

That sweet potato pie? Ours. The banana pudding with the wafers on top? Ours. Your next birthday cake? Could be ours too. Just ask.

This weekend the dessert case is FULL. Peach cobbler, strawberry shortcake cheesecake, lemon cream cheese pound cake, Biscoff cheesecake, rum cake, apple pie, Oreo brownies, classic cakes and cookies big enough to share (but you won’t).

Pull up and save room, Cousin. 🥧

Not baking this Thanksgiving? We have you covered. Holiday orders are open now, link in bio. Let Chef Padua handle the pies so you can handle the family. 🦃

Cooked low and slow. That’s the only way we do brisket.

Every slice is smoked for hours until it’s tender, juicy, and packed with that rich, smoky flavor you can taste in every bite. No shortcuts. Just patience, fire, and a whole lot of love.

If you know, you know. Come get this plate before it’s gone.

Tag the cousin who’s always asking, “When’s the brisket ready?”
