We are looking for highly motivated RU–C students with baseball knowledge to assist the program by managing our social media platforms on Instagram and X/Twitter. Application link in bio. 🔗 REQUIREMENTS - Freshman or Sophomore preferred - Marketing or Graphic Design student at Rutgers–Camden - Portfolio or examples of school, personal, or professional work - Baseball experience or knowledge - Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and X/Twitter - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and creativity RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and maintain the team’s visual language and social media presence - Create graphics and other visual content for social media - Prepare and publish content before and after games - Create game-day content, including starting lineups, scores, results, and key moments - Provide live game updates through X/Twitter - Capture and organize photos and video content when needed - Create promotional content for games, events, and team announcements - Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms - Develop creative content concepts that make the team’s social media presence stand out BENEFITS - Gain hands-on experience managing social media for a collegiate baseball program - Build your portfolio with real-world sports marketing, graphic design, and content creation work - Gain experience creating content in a fast-paced, game-day environment - Develop skills and experience to highlight on your résumé and future job applications - Work directly with the baseball program and gain valuable experience in sports marketing and communications HOW TO APPLY - Visit the Google Form linked in our bio to apply.
