Fake skin practice!

I often get asked how do you even get trained as an apprentice? Before tattooing people you practice on a weird sheet of rubber called reelskin, it feels strange and doesn’t always react the way you expect it to but it’s great to practice new techniques and build experience without risking a persons actual skin 😂

There’s a few things about this design that I would now change but love how a lot of it has turned out. Can’t wait to tattoo this on myself 🙃 wish me luck!

Something a little different from me really enjoyed doing this one. Mixing line weights and trying to get the helmet as symmetrical as possible was a big challenge. Hard to get a great photo of this but i’m very happy with the symmetry of the design. More stuff like this please 🙏 taken in Cardigan, Ceredigion, United Kingdom by @rufftats

Flamingo! Lovely little piece from the other day definitely want to be doing more colour-work. So tricky to get colour right so much still to learn.

Want some colour tattoos? Send me a message simple colour work only no colour blending at the moment 😊
