@rugcel_4wd sent me a TK4500 portable winch and asked me to put it up to a challenge. Why not ask a UTV sized winch to lift up a UTV! Not an unreasonable thing to ask of a smaller winch with 3/16” rope………is it? #RUGCEL #portablewinch by @rugcel_4wd
