A Huron Village home refreshed to bring joy and comfort to a deserving family. ❤️ The structure previously served as a local preschool, so the transformation involved opening up and restoring rationale to the floor plan. DESIGN AWARD NEWS We’re so proud to have won the Exceptional Accessible ADU Design Award this afternoon! Governor Maura Healey presented us with our award this afternoon at the State House in Boston as part of a celebration for the 2026 Massachusetts Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Design Challenge. Our design team was led by Kevin Marblestone, who was overheard sharing with the Governor that “good design is accessible design!” The subject of accessibility has been a passion of ours for decades, and is an integral part of every project, regardless of scale or budget. New project in #gloucesterma overlooking the Annisquam River. Tying together a two-family house with a new exterior design, expanding the original house to open up river and sunset views, enhancing each home’s privacy, a collage of shou sugi ban siding, perforated brushed aluminum screens, and a few bursts of color.
