Rukam Capital’s latest report that explores Gen Alpha’s consumption behaviour is live now . It highlights how the power to move markets is shifting into younger hands. They are a generation that negotiate autonomy, curate brand identities, and dictate 70-80% of household spending. It’s safe to say they have the Alpha influence in their homes. Staying relevant in the next decade requires understanding of their behavioral DNA. We have moved beyond demographics to map the journey from digital discovery to parental conviction, uncovering the white spaces where Gen Alpha’s loyalty is actually won. For founders, investors, and brand builders, Gen Alpha Decoded: The Consumer-Brand Dynamic provides insights to navigate this shift so that they can rethink influencer ecosystems and master peer-context targeting. Some things are scarier than ghosts. We asked founders what keeps them up at night. Here’s what they had to say. For Afsal Ashraf, Co-founder, CUNIN, it’s finding the perfect hire, only to get ghosted. For Aditi Mittal, EVOVE Skincare, it’s believing deeply in what you’re building, while wondering if anyone else will. And for Shraddha, Ikoho, it’s making the big decisions, knowing there are no guarantees. What are some things you're scared of? Tell us in the comments. Happy Halloween.
