If you charge people or even offer your services for free - especially to close friends or family - and you give them attitude, making them feel less valued or unhappy, you should be dismissed immediately.

No one deserves to be treated poorly.

To be a true leader and professional, you must inspire others to believe in themselves, not tear them down to prove your worth.

If you constantly criticize a model, you’ll end up with poor results.
But if you make her feel confident and capable, not only will she enjoy working with you, but she’ll also deliver her best.

If, as a “pro,” you’re bossy, mean, or lack control in how you communicate with clients, you need to improve.
Otherwise, you’ll lose your character, your people, and ultimately, your business.
Healthy, self-respecting individuals won’t tolerate being treated any less than great.

Ask yourself: If you were working with you, how would you want to be treated?
Reflect on that, and then act accordingly.

By doing so, you’ll consistently deliver professional results, be admired, sought after, and rewarded.

Arnold is such an inspiration! I can’t count how many times I’ve been frustrated by producers in music and film who get annoyed by the way I speak, simply because they can’t appreciate the beauty of it. It’s honestly their loss. They try to ‘fix’ it, and what do they do?
Hire native speakers to sound bland and basic. 😘😝

I’ve worked in movie dubbing as a quality controller, and it was frustrating to hear foreigners trying to speak Czech. If you want authentic Czech characters, hire Czech actors! But when a character can act well but can’t speak convincingly, that’s where the issue lies.

Maybe you’re the missing piece - keep working on yourself and stay open to opportunities. If you keep yourself too busy or distant from them, it’s a real shame.

There’s something truly amazing about embracing your own character, especially when it’s bolded by a rich and diverse background - it’s what makes you stand out! 😌🙂
