Massive thanks to the best guitar tech in the business, Ryan @laguitarrepair He helped rehab this Washburn Dimebolt 333 with heavy finish damage into a highly upgraded, Blacktooth Tribute guitar. This wouldn’t be possible without Martine Jr @bravoscustomguitars who digitally color matched the purple paint from a Crown Royal label and absolutely nailed it. I’m looking forward to our next project together. 🤘💀🤘

1984 Fender ‘57 Anniversary Reissue Stratocaster. Fantastic condition! It was in a storage room at a NJ guitar shop since the 80’s. Basically new old stock. #fenderstratsweepstakes @fender #guitar #fender #strat #rock taken in Los Angeles, California by @rulesarerules

Metallica - Death Magnetic 2008 2xLP press by Warner Bros Records. Very cool album, the mix is trash. I think the best version of this album is the Mastered for iTunes version that is for sale on the bands website. It’s a brick walled mess otherwise. Not even the 5XLP version helps. I think I grabbed this from @somrecordsdc Cat# 508732-1 #metallica #deathmagnetic #vinyl #brickwall taken in Metallica HQ by @rulesarerules

Metallica - St. Anger 2003 2xLP press from Elektra. I don’t understand those who dislike this album, it’s ferocious! It’s a fun listen and brings back a lot of memories about my first time seeing the band, which was on the #madlyinangerwiththeworldtour - I had the 4xLP 45RPM Box and it didn’t sound much better than this. Still cool to have an original. Found at @crookedbeatrecords Cat#62853-1 #metallica #stanger #elektra #vinyl taken in San Rafael, California by @rulesarerules

Metallica - Garage Inc 1998 3xLP by Elektra. This pressing sounds good, some copies had issues with playback speed but this one seems just right. Found at @cdwarehouse #metallica #garageinc #vinyl by @rulesarerules

Metallica - ReLoad 2010 45 RPM 4XLP Box by Warner Brothers Records. This is the BEST way to listen to Reload on vinyl for all of the same reasons it’s Load counterpart is. It sounds brilliant. Found at @exchangestores thanks to the Legend of Monroeville @sojeffsoclean #metallica #reload #vinyl taken in Warner Bros. Entertainment by @rulesarerules

Metallica - ReLoad 1997 Elektra 2xLP Pressing. Bob Rock produced this, so of course it sounds great. I love the Load/Reload ear, the bluesy sounds, the thick crunch riffs, the complexity of the sound of the album. It has character. This pressing sounds pretty good, but my next post is the definitive way to listen on vinyl. Cat# 62126-1 found at @jointcustodydc #metallica #vinyl #reload by @rulesarerules

Metallica - LOAD 4x LP 45RPM 2010 reissue on White vinyl by Warner Bros Records. Limited to 100 copies. This is the BEST pressing of LOAD. It is an absolute monster! It is incredibly detailed, dynamic, and totally crankable. Got this directly from @metallica ages ago. Cat# 525304-1 #metallica #load #vinyl taken in Warner Bros. Entertainment by @rulesarerules

Metallica - LOAD 1996 Elektra 2xLP Press on black vinyl. This one has the original price and hype sticker. One of my favorite albums, I really wish they played more of these tracks live. Cat# 61923-1 Found at @jointcustodydc #metallica #load #vinyl #theoutlawtorn #elektrarecords by @rulesarerules

Metallica - Metallica Simply Vinyl Press - this is my go-to version of TBA. Somehow even more detailed and dynamic than the original. It truly rocks and begs to be cranked.
