✨ From day one, Bacardi has been my second home, a place where I can take bold & fearless steps, think like a founder, and be part of a family.
My two-year adventure has been nothing short of spectacular 🥂.

…proud to continue calling @bacardilimited1862 home as I bring my passion to my new role as Regional Marketing Manager for @stgermaindrinks 🍸.
Santé to the next chapter! ✨

Boston called us for chowwwdah, so East team arrived from FL, NY, SC, MD, DC, KY to give our MASS and RI familia a round of applause on their inaugural Open East RSM!

Big thanks to our New England Patriots for hosting and our East VP & MD- Rachel for bringing us together to double down on H2!!

The beauty of my culture and heritage is worth every ounce of appreciation!

August 1st is a celebration of freedom, but also a call to remember the courage, resistance and sacrifice that made it possible. A powerful moment to teach the next generation that our Caribbean story is rooted not only in survival, but in strength, culture and an unbreakable spirit. ✊🏾

Once upon a time, you sat at your make believe office
Once upon a time, you put all your stuffed animals on the bed to hold a meeting
Once upon a time, you got picked up at school in Jamaica and dropped at Dominica Drive to sit and pretend you were a business professional like mommy.

But today I stand in Awe of the accomplishment you’ve achieved. Today you joined your class of 2030 of Dragons - girls who are learning, leading and succeeding ….Audaciously!!!

You are growing. You are seen. You are charting your path into a future that will catapult you in ways that will round out the definition of who you choose to be. Not for anyone else, only for yourself.

Your steps are ordered and that’s ALL that matters… enjoy the first flight out the nest, little eaglet…. Can’t wait to see you soarrrrrr! ❤️ by @rum_mo_rum

Life is like a box of chocolates, mine included parenthood. Of course we would end 8th grade parent involvement surrounded by rollercoasters, but I clocked 10,626steps + laughter🤣 last band competition #thegiftthatkeepsongiving taken in Six Flags Great Adventure by @rum_mo_rum
