OH YEAH!!! I’m ready for tomorrow’s Richmond Marathon!!! Had to pick up my bib at picket pickup tonight. And of course I had to get my 360° groove on like I was in Dwight’s Bar!!!😁😁😁😁 taken in Virginia by @run.for.purpose

Happy 10th Anniversary Run for Purpose!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
We started out as a non-profit in Tampa, FL, planning and hosting three 5K events in Tampa. They were huge hits and we were able to donate proceeds to @celma.mastry.ovarian.cancer in St. Petersburg, FL, and gave a $1,500 monetary gift to a cancer survivor.
Relocating to Virginia ended the non-profit phase, but we continue to promote health, fitness and wellness through participating in running events throughout the country.

This past Sunday, we landed in Hampton, VA for the first time running in the Crawlin’ Crab Half Marathon. It was a nice and soggy day, but the vibes were 🔥🔥🔥🔥
95 seconds of Hampton love from the residents and students. Even ran through my niece @lovemommyhood alma mater Hampton University.
Of course I repped @blackmenrunrva with @theroadrunner2u and Captain @twhit075 from @blackmenrunhrva
As a surprise, my Partner-in-Run @lindajordanrn96 was in the building, along with @supermann57 and @betsy.l.troyer
It was a blast!!!✊🏾👊🏾🔥🏅

Team Kimlee represented in St. Petersburg this past Saturday at the @celma.mastry.ovarian.cancer Castaway 5K! Our Tampa Chapter Members did the thing for ovarian cancer awareness. It was a glorious day reuniting with my Tampa Family and my friends from the ovarian cancer community!💚🩵

What a great day in St. Petersburg, FL as Team Kimlee Tampa came together to walk in the @celma.mastry.ovarian.cancer Castaway 5K this morning. We added three more members to the Team.
It was hot (Florida heat hits different), but it was a blast!!!

Me and my Cousin Darryl Holloway got together this past Sunday at 6:00 AM to do a True Broad Street Run in my hometown of Philadelphia in memory of my Big Brother Dwight Kersey, Sr. and Darryl’s Uncle Rick Chiles, whose birthdays are on August 30th. We started from the beginning of Broad Street at Cheltenham Avenue and ran to the Navy Yard in South Philly and the Delaware River. It was a total blast for all 13 miles!
Shout out to our family @__renstagram__ @rum_tequila29 and our other cousins for coming out and supporting us and cheering us on.
And THANK YOU to my niece and Dwight’s daughter Saterria Kersey @lovemommyhood and her daughters for providing water and Gatorade at various points of Broad St.
It was a blast!!!✊🏾🔵🟡🔵🟠

8/29: Sarcoma Cancer 5K Walk with Eddie’s Faith Walkers for my Father-In-Law Eddie (GRHS🕊️)
8/30: True Broad Street Run from Cheltenham Ave. to the Navy Yard (12.4 miles) with my Cousin Darryl. On my Big Brother Dwight, Sr’s (GRHS🕊️) Birthday.

A quick recap of this morning’s 10 mile run with my friends at MTT…still no leg compression sleeves or knee supports needed! YEAH!
Always great to see my Ragnar teammate and friend @empowherrun …she’s a great coach!
4.7 of those miles were for my Niece/Little Sis @lovemommyhood for her birthday today!
Love you kid!🎂
I’m gonna miss Ashland next week…but my Lil Cousin and I are gonna run Broad Street from end to end (12.4 miles) back in my hometown of Philly next weekend, in tribute to his Uncle and my Big Brother, whose birthdays are on 8/30.
