‼️Rules for winter Arc challenge :-

A practical set of Winter Arc rules is:

1. Choose 3–5 non-negotiable habits — keep them specific and achievable.
2. Exercise consistently — for example, strength/cardio 4–5 times per week, with appropriate recovery.
3. Eat intentionally — prioritize nutritious meals and enough protein; your exact diet depends on your goals.
4. Protect your sleep — establish a consistent bedtime/wake time and aim for adequate sleep.
5. Work on your mind — reading, studying, journaling, meditation, or another focused activity.
6. Reduce distractions — limit things like excessive scrolling, gaming, or other habits that interfere with your goals.
7. Track your habits every day.
8. If you miss a day, continue the next day rather than abandoning or restarting the whole challenge.
