everyone go get a jar!!!!! by @run.with.zoe

Burnout can be sneaky and sometimes it takes a while to even recognize. For a while, I’ve been struggling to get myself out the door to do the thing I love most.

Over the past few weeks, instead of pushing through like I always have, I’m letting myself rest. For my mind, body, and soul.

I hope to get back to a place where I miss it again and the love comes naturally. For now, I get to channel that love in other ways, and on the days I feel even the slightest motivation, I lean on my friends to keep me going 💕✨ by @run.with.zoe
