Ran my first ultramarathon, and it was great. 50 miles (51.5 as I missed a turnaround point) in 9 hours 45min. The hills were tough but Jesus and I were tougher. Thank you Lord for the weather it was perfect and thank to my wonderful wife mom kids and friends out here to support me. 4 months of training after 16 years off of racing; I wonder what will be the next challenge now that I’ve done my first ultra. Can’t walk so well today but totally worth it. Body wanted to give out after 42 but my mind said not today!!!!! taken in Black Star Canyon by @run4lngbch
