🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day! May God bless your home, your family, and America. ❤️🤍💙 by @run_rickey_run

Some moments don’t need words. They speak for themselves.

Looking at these still frames, I don’t just see someone cleaning a driveway—I see purpose. I see gratitude. I see a man building something for his family, serving others with pride, and giving everything he has to every job.

People often ask how to stand out. The truth is, when you genuinely love what you do, it shows. Even in the quiet moments between the action, that passion has a way of shining through.

A huge thank you to my good friend and incredibly talented photographer @framedbycam_ _ for taking the time to come out and capture these moments. Your eye for storytelling is something special, and I’m grateful you were willing to spend your time helping bring my vision for Lionheart to life.

If you’re looking for someone who can capture authentic moments that truly tell a story, do yourself a favor and go follow @framedbycam_. Show him some love—his work speaks for itself.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to do what I love, and even more thankful for the people God places in my life who help tell that story.

Sometimes you need friends who’ll lower you to Jesus like Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible. 😂

In Luke 5:17–20, a paralyzed man couldn’t get to Jesus, so his friends climbed onto a roof, tore it open, and lowered him down. When Jesus saw their faith, He healed the man.

Choose friends who carry you closer to Christ—not farther away. The people around you can strengthen your faith when yours feels weak.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2

👇 Tag the friend who’d tear a roof off to get you to Jesus… and be that kind of friend for someone.# by @run_rickey_run

They said, “Keep that thang on you.”

Don’t worry… I do. 📖⚔️

“The sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” — Ephesians 6:17 by @run_rickey_run

There comes a point where every man realizes he wasn’t meant to carry the weight of life alone.

We fight battles no one sees. We shoulder burdens we rarely talk about. But strength isn’t found in isolation—it’s found in brotherhood.

A true friend doesn’t just celebrate your victories. He reminds you who you are when you’ve forgotten. He challenges you when you’re drifting. He stands beside you when life gets heavy.

Every man needs men in his corner who will pray with him, sharpen him, tell him the truth, and refuse to let him quit.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

If you’re a man, don’t wait until you’re struggling to build your circle. Invest in real friendships now.

And if you’re already that friend to someone else… thank you. The world needs more men like you.

Most people quit when it gets hard.

The ones who grow keep showing up.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because they’re always motivated.
But because they’ve decided that quitting isn’t an option.

Every early morning.
Every setback.
Every obstacle.
Every time you want to stop.

Get up again.

Character isn’t built in comfort—it’s built in the moments when nobody would blame you for quitting.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

🙏 Prayer

Father, when we’re tired, give us strength. When we’re discouraged, give us hope. When we fall, help us get back up and keep moving forward. Teach us to trust You in the struggle and remain faithful in the process. Build in us the courage, discipline, and perseverance to finish the race You’ve set before us.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Happy Father’s Day to the men who carry burdens no one sees.

To the fathers who wake up tired but keep going.
Who put their families first.
Who work long days, fight silent battles, and sacrifice comfort so their children can have opportunities they never had.

The weight can be heavy, but love makes us strong.

We may bend, we may stumble, but we don’t quit.

Because our families are worth every sacrifice.

“Any man can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a dad.” — Anne Geddes

📖 “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:13-14

To all the dads out there: your work matters, your presence matters, and your family is blessed because you never gave up.

❤️ Tag a father who deserves to be honored today.

This pool had more algae than water when I showed up! 😂💦

A little scrubbing, a little dancing, and a whole lot of God’s grace later… look at that transformation! 🙌

I genuinely love what I do. There’s something special about taking something neglected and bringing it back to life.

If your pool, driveway, patio, or home exterior needs some love, I’d be honored to earn your trust and business.

To the men out there struggling and feeling lost, I love you and I’m praying for you.

I want you to know that you aren’t alone in your dark places. I want you know that you are loved and amazing. I want you to know that your past isn’t who you are. I want you to know that you are beyond capable of making your dreams come true. I want you to know that you are an amazing father. I want you to know that you are an amazing son. I want you to know that you are an amazing human. I want you to know that you are an amazing friend. I want you to know that you are strong. I want you to know that you are worth it. I want you to know that everything can be ok. I want you to know it’s ok not to be ok, but don’t suffer alone. I want you to know that you are going to do something amazing with your life. I want you to know that your presence on this Earth is beyond important.

These are just a few things I wanted you to know today.

I believe in you. And if you can’t believe in yourself reach out. We will jump on a call and let it all go.

You have a safe place, use it.

Lord, I come to you today and ask that you enter the hearts of the broken and bring light to their dark.

You are a God of healing, grace and love. I ask that you heal those who need it, and show up for them like you did for me.

I pray that you can help them find peace and harmony in their lives. Show them that they can stall tall and conquer all things, especially with you by their side.

I pray that you continue to use me as a vessel to spread your word and truth.

I ask that you give us the mindfulness to notice when those around us are in need. I ask that you get us out of our own ways so we can live our best lives.

People pray for you to move mountains but they panic when you hand them a shovel. I pray that you continue to hand us the shovel.

I pray this is your night name Jesus, Amen

Yahweh is the way! by @run_rickey_run

Yesterday’s job reminded me of something important.

The homeowner pushed back on the price a little and explained he was thinking about renting a machine and doing it himself to save some money.

I told him I completely understood.

As a father, I know what it’s like to watch every dollar and sometimes take on projects yourself to make things work. I even offered to help him figure out what machine and surface cleaner to rent, what chemicals to use, and how to apply them if he decided to do it himself.

In the end, I was willing to meet him halfway on pricing because it still felt fair for both of us.

He agreed.

But when the job was finished and it came time to pay, he handed me the amount from my original quote.

He told me another company had a firm minimum and wasn’t willing to help him explore other options. What stood out to him wasn’t the price—it was the willingness to help.

There’s a lesson in that.

Stand firm in your value. Know what your work is worth. But never stop looking for ways to serve people.

Sometimes the thing people remember most isn’t the service itself—it’s how you treated them.

We could all use a little help sometimes.

“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.” — Proverbs 3:27
