You create the positive outcomes in your life.

Make a promise to yourself to be 1% better everyday.

Be honest with where you are.

Don't look around for easy excuses.

Do things for yourself.
Do things that make you happy.
Don't worry what others think.

Surround yourself with like minded people.

It creates an environment where accountability comes in which keeps you on your toes creating good habits.

Don't bottle thoughts or things up.
Talk to a friend, family member or a specialist.
Getting things of your chest is strong & brave.

The bad days don't last forever.
Stay strong they will pass.
The good days are coming.
You've got this.

Sprint towards your weaknesses.
Not away from them.
Acknowledge them and work on them.

Weaknesses are what make you stronger.

Leave no stone unturned.
Live with 100% commitment.
You will feel fulfilled with all aspects of life.

There were so many of you!
You know who you are!

I couldn't have got to the 24 hours without your support.
