Two decades of Colfax 🏃‍♀️🤗

What started 20 years ago has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined - a community of runners, walkers, volunteers, and supporters who make this race weekend what it is.

We’re so grateful for every single person who has been part of the journey.

And honestly… we’re just getting started. 👏

Today is Mental Health Day!

Sometimes taking care of your mind looks like a run, a deep breath, a good laugh, or simply showing up for yourself.

Here’s to moving our bodies, finding our people, and making space for a little more joy 🏃‍♂️

Every strong runner has someone in their corner cheering them on! Happy World Coach Day!🎉

Coaches do so much more than create training plans - they push us through the tough days, celebrate the big wins, and remind us of what we’re capable of when we might forget.

Tag your coach to show some love!
