On behalf of @runcollectivenj Dave and I want to say a huge thank you to you all for making last night’s DJ Run everything we hoped it would be. To all of the participants thank you for your vibes, your energy, and your willingness to try something new. We truly loved all of your videos and the joy on all your faces.

Thank you Anjelica from @getsalted_ for being a part of the convoy and for samples of your amazing electrolytes.

Huge shout out to all of the Run Clubs that participated. Your participation and shares of the event were huge and made last night what it was. We cannot thank you enough.

Join us for a Saturday Long Run in Thompson Park (Lincroft NJ)

Where: Meet in the parking lot near memorial tree grove
When: 9am, Sat Oct 10th
How far: Route supports 3-20 miles. We will have a crew running 18 miles for the NYC marathon running 5mi loops of the park. There’s always an option to run less or more!
How fast: All paces are welcome! Whether you’re a walker, a jogger or a competitive runner we’d love to see you!

The route is also stroller friendly ☀️

Out First Track Workout

This Thursday at 7:00PM we will be hosting our First track workout at Count Basie Track in Red Bank!

All paces are welcome and there will be options for beginner and intermediate runners

Congratulations to 2 time Iron Man @coachlaurenbrown my bad ass Roommate!

Yes she’s done it again. First Lake Placid and this past weekend Maryland. So proud and inspired by her work ethic and the will to be the best she can be
.
And she quotes. “I want to know what my body is really capable of”
.
I got to experience first hand what these athletes endure in a race like this. I was in awe of how much determination and strength they have to push through what seems to be an impossible feat

Will she do another Iron Man? Only time will tell….
