To think I started powerlifting just to stay active and now I'm out here competing and won Best Female Lifter!!! Even placed in the top 10 out of 66 lifters!! I can't believe how far I've come. Thank you @uspc.pl @uspc_va for putting on such a great two day meet and my home gym for hosting! I'm just so thankful for all the amazing people in my life who keep pushing and encouraging me. Big shout out to everyone @x_factor_athletic_performance for the constant hype and energy 💚 And huge thanks to Neal @xfactor_ap_two for being the best coach (and friend) and helping me get to this point! I'm just so proud and grateful 💙 Squat 365.9 ⚪⚪⚪ 385.8 🔴⚪🔴 (depth, classic) 385.8 ⚪⚪⚪ (shown - PR) Bench 156.5 ⚪⚪⚪ 171.9 ⚪⚪⚪ (shown - PR) 185.2 🔴🔴🔴 (next time) Deadlift 370.3 ⚪⚪⚪ 405.6 ⚪⚪⚪ (shown - PR) 421 🔴🔴🔴 (got it off the ground, so there's hope!) Meet recap! We came, we melted, we survived! Thank you @reapersrebellion @uspc.pl @uspc_va for putting on such a great meet considering the tough conditions! Thank you @rvairongym for hosting! Big shout out to @absolutedefiance_sp for being so encouraging and supportive! This meet prep was different and the lead up was filled with challenges but we still made it work 💪🏼 Glad to be sharing the platform with the dream team again @rharney98 @efig.lifts @purpleshinz 🫶🏼 Y'all are amazing and I can't wait to do it again! Much love to all my friends who encouraged me during my struggles this prep, especially @thedepthwrangler @deadliftdarlin @margrva @lauraifyoudare! Y'all rock and I appreciate you so much! To my favorite person and partner in crime- thank you @meanwhileinrice supporting me during this prep, showing up for me in the hottest of meets, capturing these lifts, and cheering me on ❤️ Love you so much! Funny how my favorite lifts I do alright with and the one lift I constantly struggle with dominanted meet day! Absolutely so proud of my bench! That PR used every muscle I had to make it happen! 💚 Squat 321.8 🔴⚪🔴 (depth, classic) 330.7 ⚪⚪⚪ 365.9 ⚪⚪⚪ (shown) Bench 145.5 ⚪⚪⚪ 165.3 ⚪⚪⚪ 180.7 ⚪⚪⚪ (shown- PR) Deadlift 324 ⚪⚪⚪ 361.5 ⚪⚪⚪ (shown) 403.4 🔴🔴🔴 (shown- moved so fast only to not be able to lock out 😢) Total: 908.3 by @rune.asphodel
Another meet in the books! Meet recap coming soon... I love the community and support system I have here. Powerlifting would not be as fun without y'all!! THANK YOU to everyone who showed up to cheer and make the conditions a little more bearable!! Every encouraging call/text/dm meant so much!! As always, would not be crushing it without Neal and Absolute Defiance crew 🤘🏼 We really went through it leading up to this meet and still rocked it!!! Thank you @rvaironbarbellclub for all the love and support! Too many to tag but y'all know who you are 💚 Love being able to reunite with so many from X-Factor!! Y'all just bring such good energy! Thank you for all the support especially during warm ups! It's so thrilling to be sharing the platform with such amazing and incredibly strong people!!! I can't wait for our paths to cross again 💪🏼 by @rune.asphodel
