Lots of miles 🏃🏽 Lots of fun 🤘

First time running 1,000+ miles in a year! Ran my fastest times in the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon!! Ran my way to a 1st place age group award after finishing just outside of the top 3 (age group) multiple times in this year’s races:
▪️BOLDERBoulder 10K
▪️Loveland Liberty 5K
▪️Human Race Half Marathon
▪️Pretzel Run 10K

Some miles I ran solo. Many miles I ran alongside my favorite training partner, @eslaorachael. I finished the year with my first trail run since moving to CO alongside a group of rad runners in beautiful Boulder ⛰️

I know not every year of running is going to play out like this. But it’s those tough years that make years, like 2024, possible.

Not a medal, but I will take the 19 second PR (5K)! 🔔

The @sweetheartcityracing Loveland Liberty 5K was exactly what I needed in the middle of half marathon training!

I spontaneously signed up for this race after reading that I could run in the Elite wave as long as I finished in under 24 minutes. Wow, these runners are fast! 🏎️

Getting better by running with runners better than me. 🧠 Extremely grateful for this running opportunity! 🙌

Work. Life. Weather.

The month of June was all about having a flexible running schedule. Proud of these legs for getting it done. Grateful for my wife, @eslaorachael, for joining me for the majority of my runs.

Happy July, y’all! Summer miles bring fall smiles, right? 🥴 Let’s get after it!! 🤘

A tempo run one day. And a long run the next. Legs feel like spaghetti 🍝
It was a great weekend of running! Getting back into it after an AMAZING @bolderboulder experience 🤘😝
