Best Medal Monday Ever! 🏅

The idea of heading back into the city felt daunting after what I went through at night. But thankfully I woke up feeling much better and had the best time celebrating today. This marathon Monday made more special that I got to spend it with the amazing women in my family.

My mom and sister also ran NYC yesterday and they are now first time marathoners. I’m completely inspired by their determination and grit. WE DID IT!

This year we opted for the Top of the Rock experience and it was beautiful! Then we headed over to Central Park, waited on line for an hour, and got our medals engraved and bought some merch! I also bought the paper and found my name! What a day!

Yesterday I became a 2x Marathoner. I want to try to remember it from this picture right here.

I had a rough night shortly after this, which sealed my commitment to not running another marathon. 😅 But for now, I will revel in this accomplishment.

Congratulations to 60k+ runners!! We did it!

Went straight to the @ponyflo booth at the expo to get the final accessory for my race day fit. Can’t wait to catch that Runner’s high tomorrow!

The only way I wear my hair while running is in a high pony and these hats are perfect!

Who else is running with the Ponyflo hat?

Grateful to my friend @gomommyglow for sending me a GOATED list of what to bring to the marathon for my first time 3 years ago! I’ll be bringing all the same things again this year!

Have something to add to the list?! Let me know!
