Last weekend was such a pleasure to close out XE after some mighty acts. Honestly It was a challenge, but I wanted to bring a rawness to the AMs while keeping the excitement alive! I think we did just that… Thank you to those who stayed until the lights turned on, that was sweaty.

Following his recent release ‘UKG Cuts’ this month RUN FOR COVER is again taking it up another notch with the release of “Don’t Stop Freestyle”, after playing his first interstate headline show in Newcastle, this is just another pillar in his discography.

The debut release for RUN FOR COVER on the label has been played by some of Melbourne’s most promising acts and is set to be a dancefloor filler.

Mutating vocal resonance warp between a pulsating lead to create a functional club beat. Earth shattering bass and tight percussion make it a perfect set tool.

To continue our Van Sessions tour in the Steel City, bringing you the prolific producer/DJ that’s been at the forefront of the Melbourne movement from day 1.

Breaking away from the current populace, Will has started to pivot his musical direction. Leaning into faster sub-genres with heavier drive and progressive layering.

It was our pleasure shooting with Will before his debut headline show in Newcastle. We were able to experience his energetic, charismatic persona.

At the forefront of Melbourne’s most exciting acts is artist Will, who can be found at the centre of events like CICADA & XE54.

His sonic approach to music production forged cuts of driving techno and deep atmospherics. Yet Wills’s influences reach far and wide, keeping accurate to cinematic rave music.
