Protect its nature.
Support the Flamingo Revolution.
Our corrupt goverment is pressuring and opressing the sovereign people of Albania and has the media on its pocket.
Albanians abroad :- Share the message "Po mua si do ma mbyllësh gojën " which means "how will you shut me up" ?!!!

Glimpses of Valbona -Theth -Valbona 33K trail run.
From the old adage "you're almost there" to Aussie tourists to "I'm going home for lunch" which shows i am a local & fit enough to do it out & back in half time LOL #albania🇦🇱 #trailrunnersdxb #valbonetheth #homeland #trailrunner taken in Qafa e Valbonës by @runlikeahuman

No shade to Chamonix, but my heart will always belong to the Albanian Alps. 🏔️🇦🇱

This 33km run between Valbonë and Theth wasn't just a personal homecoming—it was a protest.

Our wildest mountain peaks and nature reserves are under immediate threat from Law 21-2024. This law strips away environmental protections, opening up our fragile National Parks to mega-resorts and private luxury developments.

I ran these kilometers to stand with the Flamingo Revolution Movement. What began as defending the Narta Lagoon is now a nationwide fight to protect all Albanian public lands from destruction.

Nature is our heritage, not a commodity. We must defend it before it's too late.

I watched the movie before the hype, i thought it was about climbing and then the gruesome story line unfolded...Hollywood narratives are always playing in our subconsciousness, very often their art is strictly about limiting and controlling. It didnt ruin the Chemichal Brothers for me and i certainly won't be fearful enjoying nature alone 🎤 as always ✨️👣🖤#runlikeahuman #running #trailrunning #nofear #hollywoodbullshit taken in Vienna, Austria by @runlikeahuman
