Impromptu solo day trip to San Diego for CRSSD! 10.3.26: Last day of work in Ventura was Friday, drove home Saturday to see the folks and party with Markus Shulz and new friends from SF, and back to the Pit on Sunday 🤪

Whirlwind of a weekend but so full of friends, family and fun times! Even managed to run into an old friend from HS/college 😍 and my brother that night, who was busy brightening people's day (night...?) with well-deserved parking tickets 👮‍♂️ lol

9.27.26: Spent the day wandering around west Hollywood, taking pictures of random things that made me laugh, as well as thrifting and prob spending more $$ on booties than I should have 👢🤭 before seeing Tove Lo at The Greek!!! Her music has been a steady force throughout my life from her silly songs, to songs of heartbreak and about loving and accepting yourself. 9.26.26: while I may have looked composed in the beginning, not even halfway through the night I became just another sweaty cog in the @jimi_jules wheel of vibes 🎆💃🏼🎑

I was NOT prepared for his level of mastery behind the decks, and for the journey he took us through over the course of 6 glorious hours ✨️ one can only glean so much from watching youtube sets lol He has easily become one of my new favorite artists to see live 😍

This venue was also spectacular, ive only ever been to Gin Ling Way once almost exactly one year ago... but the energy this time was completely different, electric and full of life 🧨🎊 ugh just simply put, amazing 🫶 taken in Gin Ling Way by @runlove5

9.19.26 - 9.21.26: This weekend marks exactly 1 month until my migration back to San Diego 🏖 it was such an eventful trip filled with good, and not so good, memories 🫠
.
Some words to describe my feelings over the last couple days: anticipation, excitement, happiness, anxiousness, nervousness, shame, remorse, rejection... compassion, love, acceptance, peace 🫶🏼
.
While I may not have had some of my proudest moments, I did learn some valuable lessons and ended the weekend on a high note 💕 i feel things very deeply, despite what I may show, so to those who I may have hurt, I am forever sorry... and to those who chose me and shared laughs and hugs, I am more grateful for you than you know🙏
.

✨️8.1.26 Anjunadeep PLUS Villaseñor on 7.31.26😈

Deep house, progressive and techno vibes all weekend long with my girl Alma and the San Diego crew! Reunited with a bunch of Anjuna fam I met during the Oliver Smith show I went to back in April as well, which was such a treat 🫶🏼 it was hot as balls though, and danced so much that my hair looked like a rats nest by the end of the day 😅
.
This was my first official @anjunadeep event and let me tell you, it def wont be my last!! Also have to admit, I got pretty emotional when listening to Next To You live (third slide), but thats just the power of music 🎶

Seeing @villasenordj at @eqsandiego was also unexpected but a very welcome surprise!! All in all another fun weekend 😁 next up, Lane 8, Yotto and friends at the Waterfront next weekend again in SD!!! 7.30.26 *LONG POST ALERT* Today marks 3 months since I underwent surgery to repair my torn labrum on my left hip!! The third image are pictures taken from inside my hip during surgery: #1 is the actual tear, and #6 are the two anchors that were placed to "repair" the labrum and keep it intact. Time has really flown by, and I am so excited for what's to come!! I started with a new physical therapist several weeks ago, and the last few videos are just some of the exercises i have progressed to 😁 please excuse my occasional whining and odd noises 🥴

Huge thank you to my parents, friends (you know who you are) and kitties for supporting me through this current season, whether it was a phone call, a drop in visit or simply a text to check in 🫶🏼 there were some moments where I was extremely down on myself for how little I could do on my own, and how far down I seemed to have fallen... all of your voices helped keep me pushing through, and now I feel like ive made it to the other side 🤗
.
My goal is to return to running and lifting uninhibited, this week we started doing assisted single leg hopping, and hopefully I can begin jog/walk either next week or the following!! I also have a couple weeks left of medical leave, ill need to pass a work physical involving squatting/lifting 50 lbs. I feel I am getting very close that!! As much as ive enjoyed my time off 💃🏼🪩✨️ I need to get back to seeing patients and becoming a productive member of society again lol by @runlove5
