Even after battling vertigo for more than 4 weeks, I was still able to duplicate my pace from my last 10k. I even got turned around at mile 4. Grateful to my dad who paced me the whole race. So proud of myself! #runner #motivation #poweredbytheholyspirit #letsgo #goals #10k taken in Rockwall, Texas by @runneekrun

First 10k in almost 10 years. 2nd race since having my daughter. So much progress made, & a long way to go. Proud of myself! As far as how I felt, I definitely think I could have gone out faster & maintained a faster average pace. But, I’m happy with my level of effort. It’s only up from here! #runner #10k #oktoberfest #mamarunner #PoweredByTheHolySpirit taken in DFW Metroplex by @runneekrun
