Well I completed my third Blackhall 6 years on, my first 2019 8 hours 13, 2020 8 hours 11 min after a right hip replacement in 2022 I couldn’t imagine the things I have been blessed to achieve. This was a big a big one up with my Ironman - always wanted a sub 8 and yesterday it happened. I am so happy and grateful to run again. I can now put Blackhall to bed. Time to recover my body is definitely paying the price but so worth it. Never say Never keep doing what you love 🏃🏻‍♀️😀 be grateful for the friends and support along the way #friends #blackhall50 #goals #liveyourbestlifenow #smileandbehappy 😀🏃🏻‍♀️❤️💙 by @runningforexcellence
