Early voting starts today in Virginia! I wanted to wear a shirt that accurately reflects my mood and opinions about how Congress, specifically @repjohnmcguire has failed to live up to their constitutional obligations of oversight and simply acting as a co-equal branch of government. Happy to vote for @tomperrielloforcongress and YES x 3 on the proposed amendments to the VA constitution. by @runningtodisney

It was a hot day on the banks of the Potomac this weekend at the DC triathlon in Marbury MD. The water was just about perfect and the bike was scenic and not too hilly. The run… 🔥🥵🍳 but through a lovely campground and over a nice bridge through a marsh. Glad I did it 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏅 by @runningtodisney

I only met @jeffgallowayolympian a few times, but every time I did he was overflowing with kindness and encouragement. He helped me get to my first marathon and has been an inspiration for so many runners. I loved listening to his wisdom on podcasts and will miss him dearly. Thank you Jeff! taken in ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex by @runningtodisney

In November I'm raising money for kids in the court system: Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Growing a new mustache, so I've got to start fresh. See the link in my bio to donate. by @runningtodisney

It was a tough race this weekend at CalTri's Walnut Creek with hot weather, a hilly bike course, and a trail run. But it was cool to race with a friend, and I got to help a box turtle on the road! taken in Walnut Creek Park by @runningtodisney
