Miles and miles!!! Yesterday did an 18 miler …. Today joined my DRC @dyckmanrunclub crew for a 10k… congrats to those who pushed themselves and did 10,14,16 AND 18 miles today. thats how we started our wknd!!! How about you? Happy Saturday!! It was hard to get out of bed….. but once you lace up… out the door, no turning back! Today long run … 11 Miles! Had some energy left ( how) to join @dyckmanrunclub DRC Zumba edition! Only for 15 mins…. For my non runners friends and family.. hardest part is always to take that first step! In anything you do, once you do it .. you will feel accomplished and amazing! DO it tired, do it hungry! DRC Double or Nothing Pride run! What was I thinking with the route?! I got hill happy! The weather wasnt on our side! It was very humid, but guess what! My summer sexypacers Squad absolutely crushed it … ( we were crushed a bit too) so proud of all of you today and everyday!
