It is what it is. Did a run walk today - was ok. Will do a new one on Tuesday - and hopefully I’ll get through the marathon. Planning on running easy with lots of walk breaks! Though not the way I planned on going into my first marathon- I have learnt a lot - and I feel very motivated to continue to train and become completely pain free and be able to run as much as I want!

How is your training week going? #newyorkmarathon #running by @runningwithkari

Well well well - if it isn’t the consequences of my own stupid decisions (my progressive fun 200 meters a couple of weeks ago)! Alternative training for a week now 🤯 but prospects to manage to complete New York marathon are relatively high! How has your week been? #running #newyorkmarathon by @runningwithkari

Summing up this week’s training - 65km in total - longest run ever on Thursday with 26km included a talk with my coach on how to proceed the next weeks before New York marathon! #running #newyorkmarathon by @runningwithkari

Training for @nycmarathon - highest milage in ever. Pains everywhere - but I think I have it under control 😬 New shoes from @craftsportswear - blue and will be my race shoes! Love them ♥️#running by @runningwithkari
