Invoicing has arrived in Run Merchant. Merchants can now create professional invoices, add detailed line items or pull from a reusable product catalog, and send customers a polished PDF with a Pay Now link— all without leaving RUN.

Guides that match the platforms. The Run Partner and Run Merchant user guides have been rebuilt top to bottom, with new resources for agents and partners, so every step follows the platform exactly as it works today.

Here’s a cool merchant build we wanted to spotlight. Connor and Jess are growing Pickleball Premier League, a Southern California pickleball business offering lessons, clinics, and programs for players at every level.

They worked with T Minus Studios to build a more polished digital platform around the business—from the website and booking flow to customer management and automations.

HighLevel helps power scheduling and the customer journey behind the scenes. RUN plugs into the payments side through an Authorize.net integration, making it easy for players to book and pay for lessons, clinics, and programs in the same flow.

What we like about this project is that RUN is only one part of the story.
T Minus Studios built the platform. Connor and Jess built the business. RUN made the payments layer easy to connect, support, and scale.

That’s where RUN fits best: helping agencies and tech-forward businesses connect payments into the experiences they’re already building.
